It deserves its 4 stars. We liked location and facilities here. A microwave, an electric kettle and a fridge were available in a full kitchen. Near to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot.

We had a great time at this place, the staff was helpful and our apartment was well-equipped with a mini bar, satellite TV, and a private safe; don't forget to check out the nearby coffee room for a nice cup of tea or coffee!

The location of this hotel is excellent, almost in the city center and just a short walk to the river. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh juices and a variety of tasty meats and cheeses. My xmas experience at this hotel was overall enjoyable. The breakfast had a good variety of food and the staff was friendly. The hotel is located close to a few restaurants which is convenient. The gym and sauna facilities were also a bonus.

There were also some negatives. The room was quite noisy and the air conditioning was not effective in controlling the temperature.

The temperature in the rooms can be uncomfortably hot, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a wide variety of fresh food including juices, meats, cheeses, cereals and fruits. the personnel were always very friendly and polite, making us feel welcome. Another great feature was the quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Our room was on a ground floor near a bar and the cigarette smoke was unpleasant. the Wi-Fi was difficult to access at first, but we managed to overcome this minor issue with a phone call.
